Welcome to our Terms of Service agreement (the "Agreement") governing the use of Preroll.online's website, apps, and data. If you do not consent to these terms, we kindly request that you discontinue using Preroll.online's website, uninstall our apps, and refrain from accessing our data.

GENERAL TERMS Preroll.online reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions in this Agreement at any time, for any reason. Notice of significant changes will be posted on Preroll.online's website, and it is your responsibility to review these updates. If you do not agree with them, please cease using Preroll.online's website, uninstall our apps, and avoid using our data.

Preroll.online does not provide any guarantee or warranty regarding the accuracy of the data. By using Preroll.online, you certify that you are at least 13 years old and have obtained legal guardian consent if you are a minor.

The data provided by Preroll.online is derived from publicly available sources and gathered through our proprietary software. We then process, organize, manipulate, and present the data uniquely, making it proprietary.

DATA RIGHTS You are permitted to share Preroll.online's data, including screenshots or images from our website, with proper attribution to Preroll.online as the data source. Please provide a link back to the data source and clearly state in text that Preroll.online is the provider of the data. This permission extends to sharing our data on social media platforms, blogs, and various publications.

When sharing Preroll.online's data in YouTube videos, ensure that the video description contains a link and verbally or in writing acknowledge Preroll.online as the data source within the video itself.

Bulk data extraction from Preroll.online's website (such as web scraping or crawling) is prohibited and may result in access restrictions. Large data sets can be obtained through our custom reports feature or by requesting data directly from Preroll.online via email or a support ticket.

Preroll.online has a policy of not deleting data on our website, as it is gathered from public sources. To stop the display of your channel/account statistics from a third party (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, Instagram), please adjust your privacy settings on the respective third-party website. We do not display private data. Deleting or altering the data we present would compromise our journalistic and encyclopedic integrity. If you desire a private social media profile, mark it as private on the respective site, and we will not collect its public data.

DATA SOURCES To maintain up-to-date statistical data, Preroll.online utilizes API services from third parties, including but not limited to YouTube. We collect publicly available data from these services, not private information about your account. Private data collected through tokens is not stored but is used for verification purposes, such as determining eligibility for services and confirming ownership of the account. If you wish to revoke access, you can do so through the platform's connected services page or by opening a support ticket, and we will delete the token. To delete your account entirely, including all connected accounts, you can do so via the account settings page.

CHANNEL MANAGEMENT / CONSULTING By enrolling in channel management, you authorize Preroll.online to manage your YouTube channel. Please note that Preroll.online is not responsible for any damages to your YouTube channel.

In both Channel Management and Consulting sessions, Preroll.online will employ best business practices, including Search Engine Optimization, to promote managed YouTube channels, but specific results are not guaranteed.
